fa998 Responsible Gaming Policy
Enjoy entertainment safely — fa998 always works with your protection, wellbeing, and positive experience in mind.
Our Commitment
fa998 believes that online betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or mental distress. Responsible gaming means enjoying the game while keeping your budget, time, and emotions under control.
We provide tools and policies on our platform to help you manage your level of play. At fa998, responsible gaming is not just a rule — it is part of our core values. Our goal is to ensure a safe, fair, and trusted environment for every player.
The key principles of responsible gaming include: playing within a set budget, not chasing losses in hopes of winning money back, and enjoying the game without harming family, work, or relationships. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team — we are always here for you.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded — this is the most effective way to protect your budget.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a few days of rest, you can activate a time-out on your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
Through the self-exclusion feature, you can keep your account closed for the long term — from 6 months up to permanently. This is the most powerful step for resolving serious problems.
Session Time Limits
Set a time limit for each gaming session. Once the set time is up, you will be automatically alerted and your session will be ended if needed.
Gaming History and Review
You can view your complete betting history and deposit and withdrawal records at any time. Analyse your own playing patterns and make informed decisions.
24/7 Support Team
Our Bangla-speaking support team is always ready to help with any concern or issue. Reach us via live chat or email — your conversation will be kept confidential.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice the following signs in yourself, seek help promptly — this is not a sign of weakness, but of awareness.
- You keep placing larger bets in hopes of winning back money you have lost.
- You are lying to or hiding time from family, friends, or work in order to play.
- You are using money meant for bills or essential expenses on betting.
- You try to stop playing but cannot, or you feel restless when you do.
- You are betting with borrowed money or taking loans to play.
- You feel anxious, depressed, or irritable when you are not playing.
- You repeatedly go beyond your set budget.
Check Yourself
Ask yourself honestly — is gaming making my life better, or more complicated? Responsible gaming means keeping entertainment in its place.
If you have any doubts, take a break and talk to our support team. All conversations are completely confidential.
How to Use Limits and Controls
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. If you want to raise a limit, there is a set waiting period — this helps prevent hasty decisions. The minimum deposit at fa998 is ৳200.
Betting Limit
Not only deposits — you can also set a maximum amount for each individual bet. This protects you from excessive risk on every round and gives you the opportunity to play for longer.
Activating a Time-Out
Go to your account settings, choose the "Time-Out" option, and select your preferred duration — 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 42 days. During this time you will not be able to place any bets or make deposits, but your balance will remain safe.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stop gaming entirely, let our support team know. We will permanently close your account and prevent future re-registration. We fully respect this decision.
Reality Check
At set intervals, an alert will remind you how long you have been playing and how much money you have spent. This helps you stay aware of your own experience.
Account Statement
You can download a full detailed record of your transactions at any time. Make it a habit to review them monthly — this is an effective way to maintain healthy gaming habits.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Play for entertainment, not for income.
Always treat online gaming and betting as a recreational activity. Expecting a steady income from it increases the risk of financial and mental problems.
Do not spend beyond what you can afford.
Only spend money that you can afford to lose without disrupting your daily life. Never use money set aside for bills, rent, or household expenses on betting.
Do not play with borrowed money or loans.
Only play when you have funds in bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — never borrow from others or bet on credit. This is the biggest reason people fall into a cycle of debt.
Play with a clear head.
Avoid playing when you are under stress, anxious, or under the influence of alcohol. A clear mind is needed to make sound decisions.
Take regular breaks.
Avoid long gaming sessions. Take a short break every hour — get up, walk around, drink some water. There is life beyond the game.
Prioritise your family.
Never let gaming take time away from family, friends, or work. Responsible gaming means maintaining balance in all areas of life.
